TEA

Every day is a good day.

— Yunmen Wenyan

Tea is a way of cultivating the mind.To sit, to pour, to taste,to honour the uniqueness of each moment.

Here, you may find teas of clean and honest origin, selected for clarity, depth, and character.

Through tasting, learning, and sharing, tea becomes more than something to drink.

It becomes a way to notice, to understand, and perhaps, to see oneself more clearly.

APPROACH

Tea is not only taste,

but a way of perceiving

It is not one thing alone.

Not only flavour, not only aroma,

but colour, sound, texture, and the quiet atmosphere that surrounds it.

What matters is not what is said about a tea,

but what is actually felt when drinking it.

Clean origin comes first.

Without it, even the most fragrant tea is not worth keeping.

Beyond that, there is no single “best” tea,

only what speaks to you.

Bitterness may lead to sweetness.

Astringency may open into clarity.

Acidity may bring lightness and structure.

To drink tea is to remain open,

to try, to notice, and to allow one’s own taste to change.

In this way,

tea becomes a way of seeing more clearly:

not only the cup,

but also oneself.

Steeped in Attention

A quiet visual meditation on tea:water in motion, warmth gathering in the vessel, fragrance rising, colour deepening, and the first sip taken slowly.

Not a method to follow, but an invitation to pause, observe, and meet the cup with attention.

Whole Leaves, Many Infusions

Whole-leaf Chinese tea is made for repeated infusions. It offers more cups from the same leaves, less individual packaging, and a slower, more attentive way to drink.

Unlike a single-use tea bag, one small portion of intact leaves can receive fresh water again and again, opening gradually over many rounds. With each infusion, the tea changes: aroma rises and softens, flavour deepens or clears, texture shifts, and its character reveals itself in different ways.

Each round has its own expression. Together, they become a complete experience.

ORIGIN

From origin to cup

In the remote mountains of southwestern Yunnan, where the Tropic of Cancer passes through ancient forests, old tea trees have grown quietly for centuries. Rooted deep in mineral-rich soil and nourished by mist and shifting light, each leaf carries the work of time and nature.

This is not a product shaped by modern intervention or spectacle, but something that can be tasted as it is: a living trace of landscape and season, a quiet dialogue with the mountains themselves. These trees are few, and what they yield is limited; to move more slowly, and to take less, is part of what allows them to remain.

Most of the teas offered here come from these regions, sourced with attention to origin, cultivation, and processing. All have passed EUROFIN residue testing and meet export standards. The gardens do not use pesticides and avoid large-scale industrial practices, relying instead on manual care and harvesting, with some teas produced using traditional stone-processing methods. The leaves remain whole and clearly formed, unfolding in the cup with visible structure and buds, allowing the character of the tea to be seen as well as tasted.

Clean tea is the foundation of everything offered here — free from chemical residues and unnecessary intervention. Beyond that, what matters is a direct relationship with the places where tea is grown, and with the people who produce it, so that what arrives in the cup remains true to where it began.
